What an excellent video and very good points about commitment, both by Rich and Isa. I've definitely noticed a change in my level of commitment to life and hooping since I started. There are still plenty of moments when I won't take that chance, duck my head out, for fear of the hoop flying off my shoulder and into someone's face or very expensive ming vase.

so funny you talk about this. i was in a class last night and I had a new student - never met her before. she was doing the move but kept not following through. so i walked up to her and I said, "do you struggle with following through in your life?" and she looked and me and said yes. We had a little talk about her committing. it was great. and useful, and profound for her. she could see how the (flow) practice was useful for her life (practice). it's so clear to me that we can often see how we are and are not being through our practice. i love this. :)
