Khan and Rich, Contact-ish moves

Some contact-ish moves Khan and I have been playing with. Most of the moves here use little or no gripping of the hoop.

I adore this. The music really conveys the sense of receptive flow which your body is speaking, too. What I find especially amazing, also, is that this work feels so yielding and yin because of the lack of gripping and efforting. Thank you!

Beautiful! I met Khan in IRL in SF this past December. Really admire his hooping style.
